Did you ever fit in? You tried to. No one could say you didn't try but you possessed something the others didn't have. A conscience worth listening to, intelligence and empathy, a knowing that came from deep within. Actually that's the reason you seemed older than all the rest. Those childish and silly, always willing to do stupid things, they would say you're missing out on life but then what sort of life do they have, with their false friends, who tend to vanish into thin air if really needed.
